Moved by Rob J. for a new executive position to be created for someone who will put together an e-mail list for members who are available to play outside of the club tournaments. We need a volunteer.

Wind-up tournament: Ed will make groups of 3 rather than 5 if necessary.

- B. Kobzey moved that Sammy J Peppers be a sponsor for Fort Langley. The manager has offered $300.00 in gift certificates as a prize - carried
- E.McWaters moved that the Kelly Cup will be held at Fort Langley. The Kellys are interested in sponsoring a tournament - carried

In 2007, we had a Sunday near-twilight time booked at Royalwood which was not well-attended. For 2009, Wayne will try to book a Saturday afternoon time at either Mayfair or Peace Portal to replace this. It was agreed that this would be much more attractive to attend for the majority of club members.
