2. All Hibernian members are responsible for their actions and conduct so as not to jeopardize future venues. As members we need to refrain from making negative comments to golf course employees and bring all issues to the Executive committee.
The Hibernian Golf Club will be writing a letter of apology for inappropriate conduct and for comments made towards Eaglemont Golf club and their staff.

There was some concern at Surrey that the Pink Ball winning team at Surrey was stacked. Due to the tournament formats this year, pre-assigned foursomes are not arranged and the winning group was put together at the last moment.

Letter addressed to Ron Rennie from a Hibernian member was addressed at the meeting. The letter cited some concerns as to how we currently set up foursomes vs. how it was done in the past when foursomes were pre-determined for each tournament. The idea is to eliminate cliques from developing and enabling all members more interaction within the club.
