Meeting called to order: 7:00 PM

Treasurer's Report: W.Zaiser:

- $2,100 paid to Imperial Trophies - we should only have to pay for engraving for the rest of the year.
- Handicap program has been paid
- We got a 15% discount from The Falls for early payment
- Deposit paid for Lake Paddon and Point Roberts
- Rob Regan-Pollock will assume the position of Treasurer beginning next year

Tournament Director's Report: W.Zaiser:

- 10 non-returning members in 2010; 6 new members and returning members: Jay Bayne, Thom Spring, Paul Anaka, Rick Sidhu, Len Dixon and Archie Campbell
- Barry Elliot will assume the position of Tournament Director beginning next year. Wayne has made a template for all courses and has passed this information to Barry.
- Point Roberts is currently reported to be in very good condition.

- Proposed courses for 2011:

o Loomis Trail, Northlands, Redwoods, UBC, Squamish, Mayfair Lakes, Sagebrush (!), Homestead, Mission, Meadow Gardens, Chilliwack/Ledgeview, Redwoods (wind-up)
o To be confirmed at future meetings

Moved by B.Elliot to look at booking Northview instead of Northlands due to weather conditions early in the year - tabled for further discussion at future meetings.

- Sagebrush will be booked for 2011. Format will be a 4 round tournament over 2 days including lunch and unlimited fly fishing for equivalent of $70.00 per tournament

- Carry-over of $6,139.28 from 2009
- We have paid $3,206 on deposits for 2010, $1,434 on shirts and embroidering, $672 for golf balls

- Almost all courses for 2010 have been contacted
- Due to some problems we have had with courses, we will not carry over deposits for the next year

Old Business:

- Sponsorships are $128.00 (plus green fees); sponsors are eligible for deuce pot and special events. We need more sponsors!
- Many members are not coming back this year. We have room for new members.
- Road trip - The Best Western Salmon Arm is $80.00/night. More discussion to follow so members can know where others are staying.

New Business:

- A sign director is required for the club. Anyone wishing to volunteer for this position please contact any one of the executives.
- Wayne announced that after 25 years he will be stepping down as a director after this year. We will need a tournament director and treasurer.
